If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your goods, simply send your product back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a refund of 100% of the purchase price you paid for the product.

In addition, we will issue a refund in the event that the goods purchased from the Frunique website are faulty and you return such goods to us within 3 months of the purchase date, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is in fact due to a manufacturing fault. This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item. To assist us with this, please provide a description of fault with the returned goods.

All returned goods purchased through the Frunique web site should be sent to our Head Office at Frunique Pty Ltd, P O Box 663, Coogee NSW 2034. Returned goods remain your responsibility (including during return transit) until received at our Head Office. When returning goods, the cost of the return postage must be paid for by you. If however you believe that your products are faulty and yours is an Australian order, please include your postage receipt within your parcel and we will refund you the cost of return postage if the goods are determined to be faulty. For international orders, whether you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind or you consider the goods to be faulty, Frunique is unable to refund either the post incurred by you or any relevant taxes or duties applied by your home country, whether such costs were incurred when the goods were original sent to you or when you send the goods back to Frunique. International returns should be marked “Return of Goods” so as not to attract additional duties and taxes.

The returned goods must arrive at our Head Office in the original unused condition as when the goods were delivered to you, including the original receipt and full packaging (including any gift card). If the goods are not sent to us in this way, we will be unable to accept the returned goods and these will be sent back to you at your expense.

Frunique must receive your returned goods before any refund can be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

For purchases made through Frunique’s website, goods must be returned to our Head Office and cannot be returned to a store operated by our retail stockists. For purchases made at a store owned and operated by our retail stockists, goods must be returned to the store at which you purchased the goods.
