Product Availability

Occasionally a product may be unavailable – unfortunately we do not currently have an automated backorder system. However if you e-mail us at info@frunique.com.au we will be happy to contact you via return e-mail when item it is back in stock.

Payments & Security

As your security is important to us, Frunique takes various precautions to make our site as secure as possible. We accept payment via credit card (Visa or Master Card only) or PayPal. You payment will be processed by transferring you to either the Commonwealth Bank secure payments page or the Paypal secure payments page (which ever is applicable). As all payments are handled by either Commonwealth Bank or Paypal, no payment details are held on our server. For the Commonwealth Bank secure payments page, your connection will be encripted with a high grade encription (168 bit SSL certification), ensuring that the data you send over the internet remains private and secure.

Change or Cancel an Order

After you have entered your personal information (including payment details) and clicked "BUY NOW" we begin to process your order. As we aim to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible, we are unable to change or cancel any after it has been processed. Once you receive the goods, you do however have the ability to return the goods, when done so in compliance with our Returns Policy.

Wear and Care

Our products are made with durable polished chrome. Please take care when using personal care items such as perfume, moisturiser or tanning agents as these can react if in contact with the metal, which could result in tarnishing.

Our products can be polished by washing in water mixed with a small amount of good quality dish washing detergent, using a soft clean cloth. To restore the polished finish, simply dry and polish with a dry soft clean cloth.

Frunique is not be responsible for the wear and tear of your products caused through use.
